ABOUT
IMAGES . SYSTEMS . CULTURE > REFRAME
The Q. CODE emerged on the corporate team-building and event circuit, deploying conceptual art approach to two cultural systems:

The Q. CODE— (critical style interface)
The systems operating within the broader Conceptual ArtQ Universe (CAU).

The sessions centred on challenging norms and producing genuine shifts in perspective—a process that proved effective across diverse teams.

Clients included Optus, Westpac, Ogilvy Mather, Pulse, Bondi Social, Mercer Bell, Talent International, Foxtel, Riverbed, Temple & Webster, Bondi Ballet, About Life, Leighton Constructions, Charles Parsons, Mastercard International, One Green Bean, Petbarn, Mr Vitamins, Crowe Horwath, Nortel, The Swiss Grand, Pop Up Picnic, and Saunders & Co.

Contracts include streetwear commissions, with conceptual art work anchoring the company or groups cultural focus, without being logo centred merchandise—On the GridQ.

After nine years on the corporate events circuit, The Q. CODE stepped back from the marketplace. During this period, the brand operated as both a communications service and a cultural platform for post-self narratives oriented toward renewed and multiple perspectives.
The Q. CODE is a cultural readymade system and interpretative frameworks. Within a discursive setting, they operate as prompts for reflection, generating insights into identity, relationships, and life direction.

Q. CODE practitioners are degree-qualified and coaching-certified.

REFERENCE
You’re transformational in that you shift the way I might be looking at something and I love it that it’s a critical dialogue. You offer multiple viewing points and I feel we share a ‘knowing’. And I love the pop culture element. You weave in what’s going on around us, in the world. The social element and historical stuff as well. You might talk about Paris Texas andJ the scene with the two way mirror and the relevance of Janes hot pink sweater; then bring in a pith point about Amber Heard {and then I will bring in something about narcissism or reactive abuse], then relate it all back to my situation. You have such diversity of knowledge. I liked this last session when we looked at what I was wearing to this wedding in Bali then it’s straight into this rich tapestry of references.
